Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of the agreement between CHANGE YOUR LIFE COACHING LLC ("CYL") and the person booking services. It applies to coaching, consulting, assessments, workshops, speaking engagements, events, and complimentary consultations unless a signed agreement states different terms. CYL must receive a cancellation or rescheduling request through the booking portal or at info@mrchangeyourlife.com at least 48 consecutive hours before the confirmed start time. The confirmation time zone controls, and notice is effective when received. A timely cancellation does not create a cash refund. A paid session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, within the same active service period. Rescheduling does not extend a package or create a carryover right. A request received less than 48 hours before the start time, failure to attend or join, arrival more than 15 minutes late without CYL's written approval to proceed, or client-side technology or access problems that prevent delivery may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show. The full fee may be retained and the session counted as completed. It is not refunded, credited, transferred, replaced, extended, or carried forward. A complimentary 30-minute consultation may be canceled without a fee and rescheduled once, subject to availability. Repeated late cancellations or missed consultations may limit future complimentary bookings. Required assessments, questionnaires, or preparation must be completed by the stated deadline, or at least seven calendar days before the session if no deadline is stated. Incomplete preparation does not extend the service period or create a refund, credit, or carryover right. If CYL cancels or a CYL-controlled technical failure prevents delivery, CYL will offer a replacement date. If CYL cannot deliver the paid service and the parties cannot agree on an alternative, CYL will refund the undelivered portion. No session may be recorded, photographed, streamed, screen captured, transcribed, or joined by an automated or AI note-taking tool without CYL's prior written approval and required participant consent. Coaching and consulting are educational and developmental services, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, or financial advice. Results are not guaranteed. Personal information is handled under CYL's Privacy and Confidentiality Policies. California law governs without limiting nonwaivable consumer rights.
